Return Policy

 

General Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that customers are responsible to pay for any return packaging and shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase. Please note that for hygienic reasons, earrings are non-returnable.

Once your return is recieved, we'll notify you via e-mail the determination of your refund and issue it back in the same method of payment made to purchase the product if accepted

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and determine a resolution.

 

Exceptions / Not returnable items

Due to hygienic reasons, earrings are not returnable. Items on sale/clearance are final sale and also not returnable.  

uWe will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 1-2 weeks. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
